Profile Settings: account, email, and preferences
Profile Settings help you manage the basic details of your Centuply account.
From here, you can review information such as name, email, language, notifications, preferences, and settings that affect your experience inside the app.
When to use this guide
Use this guide when you want to:
- review account details,
- change display name,
- check or update email,
- change preferred language,
- configure notifications,
- check security details,
- change app preferences,
- prepare the account before creating or publishing a website.
Step 1 — Open Profile Settings
Open the Centuply app and open the account menu.
It is usually located in the top-right area, on the avatar, user name, or account menu.
Then select Profile, Settings, Account Settings, or Profile Settings.
Step 2 — Review basic details
Basic details may include information such as:
- name,
- email,
- company name,
- account type,
- profile image,
- account creation date,
- connected websites or projects.
Make sure the details are correct, especially if they are used for billing, invoices, or communication.
Step 3 — Update display name
The display name may be used inside the app, in collaboration features, or in notifications.
Use a clear name, such as:
- your personal name,
- business name,
- team name,
- account owner name.
Avoid temporary or unclear names if the account is used professionally.
Step 4 — Check account email
The account email is important because it may be used for:
- notifications,
- billing emails,
- payment confirmations,
- password reset,
- website updates,
- support communication.
If you change the email, check whether email verification is required.
Step 5 — Set language
If supported, you can choose the preferred language for the app interface.
Examples:
- Greek,
- English,
- Spanish.
The app language may affect menus, labels, helper messages, and some default options.
It is not necessarily the same as the language of the website you create.
Step 6 — Check notifications
In notifications, you can configure what you want to receive.
Notification examples:
- form submissions,
- leads,
- booking requests,
- billing updates,
- publish status,
- domain status,
- support replies,
- product updates.
Keep important notifications enabled for your website operations.
Step 7 — Review app preferences
Depending on available settings, you may review preferences such as:
- default language,
- default website,
- editor preferences,
- preview behavior,
- theme or appearance,
- timezone,
- regional format,
- email preferences.
These settings help Centuply better match the way you work.
Step 8 — Check security details
If security options are available, check:
- password,
- connected login methods,
- active sessions,
- two-factor authentication, if supported,
- recent login activity,
- recovery email.
Use a strong password and do not share login details.
Step 9 — Check connected websites
If your account has multiple websites, check which projects are connected to the profile.
This helps when:
- you have multiple draft websites,
- you have published websites,
- you collaborate with others,
- you need to find which site relates to billing or support,
- you want to organize projects.
Step 10 — Save changes
After each change, click Save, Update, or the relevant option.
After saving, refresh if needed and check that the changes appear correctly.
