Billing: payments, invoices, and plan details
The Billing section helps you check payments, billing details, invoices, and the plan connected to your website.
It is important to know what has been paid, which website the payment belongs to, and where to find the related information.
When to use this guide
Use this guide when you want to:
- view payment details,
- check whether a payment was completed,
- find invoice information,
- see which plan a website has,
- check billing details,
- update billing information,
- understand why website generation did not start,
- confirm that a payment was connected to the correct website.
Step 1 — Open Account or Billing
Open the Centuply app and go to Account, Billing, or Payments.
There you will see the available information related to payments and plans.
Step 2 — Check which website the payment belongs to
If you have more than one website, make sure you are viewing the correct one.
Check:
- website name,
- domain or temporary URL,
- creation date,
- website status,
- whether the payment matches that project.
This avoids confusion when you have multiple draft or published websites.
Step 3 — Check payment status
A payment may appear with different statuses.
Examples:
- Pending,
- Processing,
- Paid,
- Failed,
- Refunded,
- Cancelled.
If the payment is pending or processing, wait a little and check again.
If it failed, you may need to retry payment or check with your bank.
Step 4 — Check billing details
Billing details may include:
- customer or business name,
- email,
- address,
- country,
- VAT number, if required,
- invoice details,
- payment method.
Make sure the details are correct before requesting or issuing an invoice.
Step 5 — Find invoices or receipts
If supported by your account, the Billing section may include invoices or payment receipts.
Check:
- date,
- amount,
- currency,
- payment status,
- website or project,
- customer details,
- download option.
Keep invoices for accounting use if needed.
Step 6 — Check website plan
The plan shows what capabilities the website has.
It may include information such as:
- paid site,
- draft site,
- published site,
- available features,
- quota for AI features,
- domain or publish capabilities,
- active services.
If a feature is not available, check whether it is included in your plan.
Step 7 — Check whether payment unlocks generation
In some flows, website generation starts after successful payment.
If payment was completed but generation did not start:
- Check payment status.
- Refresh the page.
- Open the website project again.
- Check whether an error message appears.
- Do not pay again before checking the status.
Step 8 — Check confirmation email
After payment, you may receive a confirmation email.
Check:
- Inbox,
- Spam,
- Promotions,
- the email used during payment,
- whether the amount and website are correct.
If you do not see an email, first check the Billing section inside Centuply.
Step 9 — What to do if payment fails
If payment fails, possible causes include:
- incorrect card details,
- insufficient funds,
- bank restriction,
- temporary payment provider issue,
- incorrect billing details,
- rejection by the bank.
Try again or use a different payment method if available.
Step 10 — Before contacting support
Before contacting support for a billing issue, collect:
- account email,
- website name,
- payment date,
- amount,
- payment status,
- error screenshot,
- last 4 digits of the card, only if needed and requested safely.
Do not send full card details or sensitive information.
