Offers Manager: promotions and special offers
Offers Manager helps you create and manage offers on your website.
You can use offers to promote services, increase bookings, announce seasonal discounts, or guide visitors toward a specific action.
When to use Offers Manager
Use Offers Manager when you want to:
- create a special offer,
- promote a discount,
- display a seasonal promotion,
- add a promo banner,
- connect an offer to a CTA,
- increase bookings or requests,
- inform visitors about a limited-time offer.
Offer examples
An offer can be:
- a service discount,
- a service package,
- a seasonal offer,
- a free initial consultation,
- an offer for new customers,
- a limited-time promotion,
- a special price for a specific period,
- a product or service bundle.
Example:
20% off the first visit for new customers until the end of the month.
Step 1 — Open Offers Manager
Open the Centuply app, select your website, and open Offers, Promotions, or Offers Manager.
There you will see existing offers or an option to create a new one.
Step 2 — Create a new offer
Click Create offer or Add offer.
Give the offer a clear internal name, such as:
- Summer offer,
- New client discount,
- First visit offer,
- Weekend promotion,
- Booking discount.
The name helps you organize offers internally.
Step 3 — Write the offer title
The title should be short and easy to understand.
Examples:
- 20% off for new customers
- Free initial consultation
- Book an appointment this week
- Special care package
- Limited offer for June
The title should quickly explain the benefit.
Step 4 — Add a description
The description explains what the offer includes.
Keep it simple and clear.
Example:
Book your first appointment before the end of the month and get 20% off your first service.
If there are conditions, write them clearly.
Step 5 — Set offer duration
If the offer is valid for a specific period, add dates.
Examples:
- valid until June 30,
- this week only,
- for the first 20 bookings,
- every Saturday,
- seasonal offer.
Duration helps visitors understand whether they should act soon.
Step 6 — Add a CTA
Every offer should lead to an action.
CTA examples:
- Book an appointment,
- Request a quote,
- Contact us,
- View services,
- Make a booking,
- Claim offer.
The CTA should lead to the correct place, such as a form, booking flow, or Contact page.
Step 7 — Choose where it appears
An offer can appear in different places on the website.
Examples:
- promo bar,
- Hero section,
- CTA Banner,
- Services page,
- Pricing section,
- Contact page,
- chatbot quick action,
- popup or announcement area, if supported.
Do not show the same offer everywhere if it becomes annoying.
Step 8 — Check mobile appearance
Before publishing, check how the offer looks on mobile.
Check:
- whether the title fits,
- whether the CTA is clear,
- whether it does not cover important content,
- whether it does not feel overloaded,
- whether the click leads to the right place.
Step 9 — Test the offer flow
Test like a visitor.
Check:
- whether the offer appears correctly,
- whether the CTA works,
- whether the form or booking opens,
- whether the message is clear,
- whether dates are correct,
- whether there is no old or expired offer.
Step 10 — Disable expired offers
When an offer expires, disable it or update it.
Do not leave live offers that are no longer valid.
This can create confusion or frustration for customers.

- Do not promise something that is not true.
