Storyboard View: AI structure recommendations

Storyboard View helps you see the overall structure of your website as a map.

Instead of looking at one page at a time, you can see which pages exist, how they fit together, and which pages may be missing.

When to use Storyboard View

Use Storyboard View when you want to:

  • see the full website structure,
  • understand if an important page is missing,
  • organize content better,
  • add recommended pages,
  • improve the visitor journey,
  • check whether the website is ready to publish.

What it shows

Storyboard View can show:

  • the main pages of the website,
  • the position of each page in the structure,
  • recommended pages that may be missing,
  • whether there is basic coverage for Home, Services, Contact, or legal pages,
  • how visitors may move through the website.

Step 1 — Open Pages Manager

Open the Centuply app, select your website, and go to Pages or Pages Manager.

From there, open Storyboard View if it is available.

Step 2 — Review the site structure

In Storyboard View, look at which pages already exist.

Check if the website has at least:

  • Home,
  • Services or an equivalent page,
  • Contact,
  • trust or information pages,
  • legal pages if needed.

Step 3 — Review AI recommendations

Centuply may show suggestions for missing pages.

Examples:

  • FAQ,
  • Pricing,
  • Gallery,
  • Booking,
  • Blog,
  • Privacy Policy,
  • Terms,
  • Locations,
  • Service detail pages.

You do not need to add every suggestion. Choose only the pages that make sense for the business.

If a recommended page is useful, add it from Storyboard View or Pages Manager.

After adding it, open the page in the editor and check:

  • title,
  • sections,
  • copy,
  • images,
  • CTA,
  • SEO details.

Step 5 — Check the visitor journey

Think about how a visitor moves through the website.

A simple journey is:

  1. They see the homepage.
  2. They understand what you offer.
  3. They view services or products.
  4. They see trust signals.
  5. They find contact details.
  6. They book, contact, or buy.

If a step is missing, you may need a new page or a better section.

Step 6 — Do not overload the website

Recommendations are helpful, but they are not mandatory.

A small business website does not always need many pages.

It is better to have a few clear pages than many pages with weak or thin content.

Best practices

  • Keep the structure simple.
  • Add pages that help visitors.
  • Do not add pages only because they are suggested.
  • Check that every page has a clear purpose.
  • Open every new page in the editor before publishing.
  • Check mobile navigation.
  • Add legal pages when needed.
