AI Assistant: Preview & Apply

The Centuply Assistant helps you improve your website with simple instructions, without needing design, SEO, or coding knowledge.

The basic flow is simple:

  1. Ask for a change.
  2. The AI prepares a suggestion.
  3. You review a preview first.
  4. You click Apply only if you like it.
  5. You can continue with another improvement if needed.

The important point is that AI changes are not applied without your approval.

When to use the AI Assistant

Use the AI Assistant when you want to:

  • improve a text,
  • make a headline stronger,
  • change the tone of a section,
  • make a page look more professional,
  • shorten or expand copy,
  • improve call-to-action buttons,
  • make a section feel more premium,
  • ask for better structure ideas.

Where to find it

The AI Assistant appears inside the site editor.

Depending on where you are working, it may appear:

  • as an assistant panel,
  • as a floating AI button,
  • next to a selected section,
  • through quick actions or suggested prompts.

Step 1 — Open the editor

Open the Centuply app and select the website you want to edit.

Then click Edit or open the Visual Editor.

Step 2 — Select the section you want to change

Click the section you want to improve.

Examples:

  • Header
  • Hero
  • Services
  • About
  • Contact
  • CTA Banner
  • Gallery
  • Testimonials

When you select a section, the Assistant better understands which part of the website you are talking about.

Step 3 — Ask for the change in simple words

Write what you want to change.

Examples:

Make the headline more professional.

Make the text shorter and clearer.

Improve the call-to-action so it brings more bookings.

Make this section feel more premium.

Suggest a better headline for the homepage.

You do not need to write technical instructions. Write naturally, as if you were speaking to a collaborator.

Step 4 — Review the preview

If the Assistant can create a safe suggestion, it will show you a preview.

The preview shows what will change before it is applied to the website.

Check:

  • if the text is correct,
  • if the tone fits the business,
  • if the message is clearer,
  • if important information was not removed,
  • if the new version is better than the previous one.

Step 5 — Click Apply only if you approve

If you like the preview, click Apply.

Apply adds the change to the site editor.

If you do not like it, you do not need to apply it. You can write a new instruction or ask for a different suggestion.

Step 6 — Continue with small improvements

The best way to work with the AI Assistant is through small, clear steps.

It is better to write:

Make the headline shorter.

and then:

Make the CTA stronger.

instead of asking for many changes at once.

This gives you better control over the result.

What safe preview means

Centuply tries to create changes that can be safely previewed before they are applied.

If an instruction is too vague or does not match the editable fields available in the selected section, you may see a message that a safe preview could not be created.

In that case, try a more specific instruction.

Instead of:

Make it better.

write:

Make the headline more premium and the text shorter.

Good prompts for better results

Use prompts such as:

  • Make the headline stronger.
  • Make the text simpler.
  • Make the tone more premium.
  • Make the CTA clearer.
  • Suggest a more professional wording.
  • Reduce the text by half.
  • Make this section more suitable for bookings.
  • Make the copy more friendly and human.

Examples by business type

Restaurant

Make the hero warmer and more welcoming for families.

Hair salon

Make the copy more premium and emphasize appointments.

Doctor or clinic

Make the tone more serious, trustworthy, and reassuring.

Freelancer

Make the copy clearer and more focused on new clients.

What to check before applying

Before clicking Apply, always check:

  • names,
  • phone numbers,
  • prices,
  • service areas,
  • opening hours,
  • legal or medical wording,
  • information that must be completely accurate.

AI helps with wording and improvement, but you remain in control.
